We all know that bindi on the forehead enhances the beauty of women. But do you know that this bindi not only enhances beauty but is also very beneficial for health

1. Strengthens the facial muscles, thereby reducing wrinkles. 

By applying bindi, it increases the blood flow in the facial muscles, 
this makes the muscles flexible and reduces wrinkles.

 2. Reduces the middle line of the eyebrow- There are a lot of problems with it, 

which reduces with massaging. Mass circulation increases blood circulation.

3. Center of concentration- The dot is placed between the two eyebrows. 
Where all the veins of the body meet in one place.

 massaging this point of forehead provides instant relief from headaches,

In Ayurveda, it is called 'Shirodhara'. 
In this, medicated oil is massaged for 40-60 minutes at this point of the cranium.

9. Good for eye muscles- These centerpiece veins in the middle of
 the forehead are related to the muscles of the eyes, 
which helps to see side by side and see clearly.

10. Hearing power is better - The vein that stimulates 
the facial muscles help to keep the ear healthy
 by strengthening the muscles inside the ear.
